Each piece by Denise Houser Design has been created with the utmost attention to detail and craftsmanship. But through the course of a pieces life mishaps can happen, so will gladly adjust or repair a piece to ensure your continued enjoyment over time.
Like many retailers, we guarantee our products; if an item hasn’t met your expectations, you can send it back within 90 days of purchase. Unlike most retailers, we also guarantee the product selection advice offered through our website, if an item you’ve purchased based on this advice turns out to be unsuitable, please contact us. In any case, simply return the item for exchange, refund, repair, or credit.

Returning by mail
Returned items must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular US Mail or by another insured carrier (FedEx, UPS). Insuring your return allows you to track your parcel. Please Note: We cannot accept CODs.
If you are requesting an exchange, please remember to include sufficient payment for the return postage.
